No more missing Sunday-night buying threads
The problem

LinkedIn is saturated. Reddit is where buyers actually ask.

  • 01

Founders post detailed pain in r/SaaS, r/Entrepreneur, and r/startups every 8 minutes asking for tools, comparisons, and recommendations your competitors will answer first

  • 02

Manually scrolling 20 subreddits a day eats 2 to 3 hours, and you still miss the threads that get archived after 24 hours of mod activity

  • 03

Generic keyword alerts from Google or F5Bot surface noise like 'CRM' instead of distinguishing a tire-kicker from someone asking 'what should I buy this week'

  • 04

By the time your team sees a buying-intent thread on Monday, it has 47 comments and a competitor's founder has already DM'd the OP

WHAT IT DOES

An intent engine, not a keyword tracker

Subreach reads context, scores how close a poster is to buying, and surfaces the threads worth your time.

  • 01

    AI subreddit discovery

We map the long-tail subreddits where your ICP actually hangs out, ranking 200+ communities by overlap with your closed-won customers and surfacing niches like r/msp or r/devops you would never find manually.

  • 02

    Signal scoring

Every post gets an intent score from 0 to 100 based on language patterns, comment history, account age, and subreddit context. The model retrains weekly on which threads converted into your pipeline.

  • 03

    Automated DM sequences

Trigger persona-aware DMs the moment a post crosses your intent threshold, with each opening line referencing the prospect's actual question, their stack, and the specific subreddit they posted in.

  • 04

    Reddit-native CRM

Track every prospect, thread, upvote, and reply in one pipeline built for Reddit, with stages tied to thread temperature so you never DM someone who already accepted a competitor's pitch.

How it works

From silent buying signal to booked demo in four steps

A continuous loop that runs 24/7 across the subreddits your buyers actually live in.

  1. 01

    Discover signals

Subreach watches 50+ subreddits matched to your ICP and ingests every post and comment in real time, filtering for threads that match your product category, stack keywords, and recurring buyer questions.

  2. 02

    Score intent

Each thread is scored 0 to 100 using language patterns, the OP's post history, account age, and prior conversion data from your workspace, so a hot thread surfaces above casual chatter automatically.

  3. 03

    Engage in context

When a post crosses your threshold, the AI drafts a public reply plus a 1:1 DM grounded in the OP's exact question and stack. You review in approval mode or let it auto-send to warmed accounts.

  4. 04

    Track to revenue

Every reply, upvote, and DM thread lands in the Reddit-native CRM, mapped to pipeline stages and synced to HubSpot or Salesforce so attribution stops being a guess.

IN THE WILD

How it actually plays out

A Series A founder posts in r/SaaS at 9:42am asking how to handle churn analytics without paying for Mixpanel. Subreach scores the thread 87, pulls their previous posts in r/devops to detect a Postgres stack, drafts a public reply plus a DM referencing both, and pings your founder in Slack. You approve in 30 seconds, the DM sends, and the OP replies before lunch with a calendar link request.

RESULTTeams using Subreach for lead gen report 3x more qualified replies than cold email at a fraction of the CAC.
FAQ

Questions, answered.

  • Is this spammy?

No. You only contact people who explicitly asked a question your product solves, and every DM cites their actual post and the subreddit it was in. We block sequences from firing on accounts under 30 days old or threads where a competitor already replied. That is the opposite of cold spam, and Reddit mods agree as long as you stay 1:1.

  • How is this different from doing it manually?

Manual works until you scale past 5 subreddits. Subreach watches 50+ communities 24/7, scores every post against your closed-won data, drafts replies in your voice, and surfaces only threads above your intent threshold. You stay in control of every send, but the 3 hours of daily scrolling becomes 15 minutes of approvals.

  • What kind of intent scores actually convert?

Posts above 70 typically convert at 8-15% reply rate and 2-4% to booked demo. Below 40 we recommend skipping entirely. The score is tuned per workspace based on which threads your team actually closed, so a B2B infra tool and a consumer app will see very different scoring weights after the first 30 days.

  • Can I review every DM before it sends?

Yes. Run in approval mode where every draft hits Slack for one-click send, semi-auto where threads above score 85 send automatically, or full-auto for warmed accounts on whitelisted subreddits. Most teams start in approval mode for the first two weeks, then graduate to semi-auto once they trust the scoring on their ICP.
