Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Subreach ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Subreach is a Reddit growth automation platform delivered via a web dashboard and a Chrome browser extension. The extension performs actions, such as replying to posts, sending DMs, upvoting, and publishing posts, from within your own authenticated Reddit browser session, according to rules you configure. Subreach does not host or operate Reddit accounts on your behalf and does not store your Reddit credentials.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create a Subreach account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Compliance with Reddit's Terms & Acceptable Use

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with Reddit's User Agreement, Content Policy, and the rules of any subreddits you target. Subreach provides tooling and safety features; it does not override Reddit's policies.

You also agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Use the Service to harass, spam, defraud, or mislead Reddit users
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Attempt to access Reddit accounts you do not own or have explicit authorization to use
• Circumvent billing, rate limits, or safety systems
• Reverse engineer, resell, or copy the Service

5. Ban Risk & No Guarantee of Account Safety

Any form of automation on Reddit, including Subreach, carries inherent risk that Reddit or subreddit moderators may warn, shadowban, suspend, or permanently ban accounts. Subreach provides safety features (randomized delays, per-account limits, the Ban Risk Monitor, auto-slowdown, low-confidence review queues) designed to minimize that risk, but we do not and cannot guarantee that your accounts will not be actioned by Reddit. You accept this risk as a condition of using the Service.

6. Subscription Plans & Billing

6.1 Plans

Subreach is offered on two subscription tiers: Professional at $29 USD per month and Business at $49 USD per month. Plan contents are described on the pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

6.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance on your subscription anniversary. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6.3 Changes in Pricing

We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes take effect on your next billing cycle after the notice period.

7. Your Data & Our Role

Subreach does not store your Reddit password and does not log into Reddit from our servers. Actions execute inside your own browser session via the Subreach Chrome extension. You remain responsible for the content you publish through the Service and for compliance with applicable laws, including data protection and consumer protection regulations.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Subreach and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without prior written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any specific conversion, traffic, or growth outcome will be achieved.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Subreach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of Reddit accounts, karma, traffic, or revenue. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time if we determine you have violated these Terms, including use of the Service for prohibited activity. You may terminate your account at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
