2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

When you create a Subreach account, we collect your name, email address, and billing information. We use this to provide the Service and communicate with you.

2.2 Reddit Session & Credentials

We do not ask for, receive, or store your Reddit password. Subreach operates via a Chrome extension that works on top of your existing, logged-in Reddit session in your own browser. We never log in to Reddit on your behalf from our servers, and we do not scrape Reddit outside of actions you explicitly configure to run inside your own session.

2.3 Configuration & Activity Data

We store the configurations you create, target subreddits, keywords, reply templates, DM templates, account metadata (username, karma, account age), schedules, and rate limits, as well as logs of actions taken (e.g. reply posted, DM sent, upvote given) so we can provide analytics and the activity log inside your dashboard.

2.4 Usage Data

We collect aggregate usage data including feature usage, conversion metrics, and performance data. This data is anonymized and used to improve the Service.

2.5 Communications

If you contact us via our contact form or email, we store your message and contact details to respond and improve support.

3. How We Use Your Information

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Activity logs are retained for 30 days on the Professional plan and 12 months on the Business plan. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
